It does not come with the strap.
The C-Tug R is not recommended for the Oldtown Sportsman PDL
The C-Tug R is not ideal for the the Old Town Auto Pilot 120 and is not recommended.
The Original C-Tug would be perfect for you. It will hold lots of gear! and will fit your V hull exactly how you need it. With the Original C-Tug the hull pads move in and out to fit your hull snug. the c-tug with kiwi wheels will hold around 200lbs with normal use.

works much better than the pads for my Hobie easier to get in place and tracks Square to kayak.
Easy build and install by simply following the Railblaza online instructions listed on YouTube. I bought the C-Tug R Conversion Kit so I could also use the tug on my Old Town PDL 106 which has a tri-hull with feathering depth from back to front. I found it works best with 9 teeth on each side of the mounting block which basically centers the runners. It sits about center allowing me to run the tiedown strap over the bottom of the seat wo issue. The C-Tug wo the conversion kit, (Snap on factory flat pads), also works great on my Ascend FS10 kayak so one tug that fits both kayaks with completely different hulls. Very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered the Conversion Kit for my C-Tug to accommodate the hull of my new Precision Crank 10.0. They work exactly as advertised. Easy conversion and the same quality as the original pads. Very pleased with the setup.
