RAILBLAZA branded products carry a Lifetime Warranty*
RAILBLAZA C-TUG branded products also carry a Lifetime Warranty*.
*With the exception of RAILBLAZA Navigation Lights, C-Tug SandTrakz Wheels, and Rubber Straps, which have a 2-Year Warranty.
In the unlikely event that you experience a warranty-related fault, RAILBLAZA will, at our discretion, replace the warranted component or complete product.
Warranty services may be obtained by contacting RAILBLAZA or the RAILBLAZA distributor in your country. You may be asked to supply descriptions and photographs of the warranty query. The
RAILBLAZA warranty does not cover claims resulting from ordinary wear and tear, any modifications, alterations, incorrect and non-compliance to assembly, service and operating instructions, and/or any unfit or improper use. The RAILBLAZA warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
