Position Summary
In this role, you’ll be the captain of the production floor — steering the crew, setting the
pace, and making sure every product that leaves our hands is something we’re proud to put
our name on. You’ll lead a crew of about 20 people Monday through Friday and Saturdays
as needed. You’ll keep quality sharp, production humming, and the team pulling in the
same direction. If you can spot a flaw from ten feet away, solve problems before they even
show up, and rally a crew like a seasoned skipper, we want you at the helm.

What You’ll Do
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the team keeping output on point and morale sky-high.
• Organize, assign, and shuffle workloads to get the absolute most from people and
minutes without compromising on quality.
• Review work orders, set priorities, recommend overtime when needed, and keep
production goals in the crosshairs.
• Maintain and update quality of outputs, failed inspections, and other tracking tools
so the whole ship knows where it stands.
• Oversee tightly managed manufacturing efforts and keep the floor orderly, efficient,
and inspection-ready.
• Check work in progress, resolve defective inputs, ensure packaging is correct, and
make sure nothing subpar ever leaves the dock.
• Train, mentor, and help hire top-notch operators.
• Lead the charge on continuous improvement initiatives and work towards
operational excellence.
• Enforce safety protocols, investigate incidents, and keep every shift running hazard
free.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of production supervisory experience (fast-paced, precision manufacturing
a huge plus)
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing
• Hands on experience with Continuous Improvement
• Proven problem-solving chops and a knack for seeing the fix before anyone else
spots the flaw
• Technical skills to read and follow instructions
• Experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Leadership instincts
• Safety and quality hardwired into your DNA
Great to have:
• Some college or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Formal manufacturing certification
Physical Requirements:
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks in a fast
paced environment.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 30 lbs as needed.
• Good manual dexterity and visual acuity — you’ll need both to handle small
components and maintain consistent quality.

The Environment

As the Quality and Production Supervisor you’ll be working in a manufacturing/warehouse zone that’s buzzing with power tools and
motion. Expect some noise, shifting temps, and gear that’s going places. Most of your time
will be spent in the production room.
