When you're chopping something other than wood.
The RAILBLAZA Utility table is a strong, sturdy surface geared to keep the mess contained, not spread all over the work-bike. It can be used for gutting and filleting or as a clean surface for working on.
• Mounts easily with RAILBLAZA's StarPort adjustable Platform mounts
• StarPort Platform mounts may be tilted up to 90°, ensuring the best angle for use
Will fit into any StarPort mounted independently on a rail or in a TracPort.
• The surface doesn't have to be a permanent feature of your ATV! Unlock the StarPorts and you can take it off the bike, ute or truck for cleaning, stow it when not needed, or transport the surface to another StarPort-equipped location.

Dimensional Diagrams (PDF)
Construction Materials
StarPort AES - (Acrylonitrile Ethylene Styrene)
Accessories: 15% glass-filled nylon
Pads, Fillet Table / Baitboards: low density polyethylene
INSTALLATION: StarPort™
The StarPort™ can be mounted on the surface using the surface mount collar supplied or it can be recessed into any horizontal or vertical surface. Ensure you have adequate clearance behind the surface for screw and/or bolt penetration. and that no cabling, plumbing or rigging will be adversely affected.
We recommend the use of a silicone-based sealant between the collar and the deck.
SURFACE/RECESS MOUNT
Drill holes using the template supplied.
SURFACE MOUNT: Stack collar, gasket and StarPort in place, then fit bolts.
RECESS MOUNT: Fit gasket and StarPort in place, then fit bolts.
Tighten nuts to a firm tension.
(RailMount Kit also available)
MOUNTING CONCERNS
The StarPort™ Platform should be oriented to best suit the balance of the surface it is supporting. On large surfaces, multiple StarPort™ Platforms should be used.
When using multiple StarPort™ Platforms they must be all on the same aligned plane.
If mounting the StarPort platform into a winch handle receiver, the optional winch lock kit (supplied) can be used.
FILLET TABLE / BAITBOARD
Because this surface can be mounted on angled flat surfaces and rails that may be curved, the basic procedure is to set your StarPort positions first, insert each platform mount in the StarPorts, rest the Fillet Table's central bracing beam on the platforms, and mark where you need to mount the self-tapping screws through the existing platform holes.
Ideally, you would screw the Fillet Table to the platform mounts FROM UNDERNEATH, ensuring the work surface doesn't collect unhygienic or corrosive waste in screw holes.
This example walks you through the most difficult scenario: mounting a Fillet Table onto a curved rail using the RAILBLAZA RailMount set. A similar practice can be done with surface or recess mount StarPorts, but ensure your StarPort sites are mounted favorably.
Soft-assemble the rail mounts on the rail, at roughly the positions you need.
Place the Platform mounts in the StarPorts and lock them in place.
Place the Fillet Table on the platform mounts for a distance check. Here, you're looking to find a satisfactory position on your rail and a satisfactory angle on your platform mount. Adjust what you need to ensure a flat operational surface. Note: We recommend that at least 3 of 4 screw positions in each platform mount are centered on the Fillet Table's bracing beam. Also note that on a curved rail the Fillet Table may not be able to be tilted, and should be mounted horizontally only.
When satisfied, mark the screw positions from underneath with a marker.
Lock down the positions of the Rail mounts, but do not add the securing screw (see Rail Mount instructions).
Remove the platform mounts, turn the Fillet Table upside down and screw the platform mounts into the bracing beam.
Insert the Fillet Table assembly back into the RailMounts. If required, use the RailMount securing screws (see RailMount instructions)
