Our original fillet table had many limitations, no drain spigot, no knife holder, it wasn't suitable to attach add-ons, and filleting was a struggle with the lip in the front.

Enter the Fillet Table II, a new and stylish way to cut your bait, fillet your catch or just to add another table surface.

Fully StarPort compatible the Fillet Table II design allows for knife storage, can easily be adapted to carry rod holders and drink holders using the new SidePort, and will also take the many new RAILBLAZA accessories coming in the near future.

Fully designed and made in New Zealand, the Fillet Table II is 525mm x 350mm in size, and has a clever little innovation that stops spill from the front, but has no lip to get in the way while filleting. If you want an overboard drain you simply need to add a ¾ inch drain hose to the Fillet Table II's drain spigot.
